When homeschooling works
This is proving to be a difficult week for me, so when we got home from the museum, I really wasn't willing/able to pull out all the stops and do a lot of school. While I was working on lunch, the kids sat at their desks with paper and crayons, and they came up with this on their own.
It is a food pyramid, and Ruth drew the different types of food on each line. I think this was her rebellious response me telling her she could not have only a pickle and bread for lunch.
This is Mary's version. Much simpler since she was just copying her sister, but still very nice.
