It has gotten really expensive to go and get everyone's hair cut, so I took lessons from a friend of mine, and have been cutting the kids hair myself for a few months now.
It doesn't always turn out the way I want, and sometimes we end up with a new style, but it's fun and the kids hold still better for me than they did when it took 30 min per person for a hair cut.
I took this picture this morning of Ruth. I cut her hair a few days ago, and it turned out really well I think. I also love this shirt on her, it was a Christmas gift and while she usually doesn't wear red (blue is her color of choice), she looks GREAT!! (and this has become one of her new favorite outfits)
