We went to the local indoor pool tonight for their family swim. We swam and played for about 30 minutes, and then Ruth got up the courage to go down the very tall twisty slide. The one where there is no parent at the end to catch you. She was so brave, and did really well until she hit the bottom. Thankfully we have really well trained life guards and she was fine, and we are all so proud of her for being brave and taking a risk!
