Monster High

Ruth is great about saving her money, and today it paid off. She was able to buy BOTH new Monster High dolls that for some crazy reason were at the Walmart Market for cheaper than the regular Walmart, Target and Toys R Us carry them for.
Ruth has wanted Goulia Yelps for months, we look every week but had no luck finding her until today. The boy Holt Hyde we didn't know they made so he was an extra bonus.

With everyone's help we had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner.
It was quite the feast.

Thanksgiving Morning

We are having a relaxing wonderful morning.
I made pumpkin cranberry muffins with cheesy eggs and now the kids are playing some kind of game in the front living room leaving me some time to read a book!

A new member to our family

Fake nails

Mary has been wanting a set of fake nails for months now. We have no school this week, and she was really brave at the dentists office, so she got her nails and on they went.

I only post this video because 1. Ruth is acting like a "Rama Lama Ding Dong" and 2. at the end she picks her nose. Enjoy Dad!

Ruth took this one, and I think she did a really good job.

It is small, furry and white.

It's piggy. Ms Princess Pig was a big help today, she ate the leaves while we were picking them up.

It is that time of the year again. The large tree in the front yard has lost its leaves and we are working on getting them all up.
Ruth is a huge help with large projects like this.
Big piles of leaves, and they all need to be picked up and thrown away.

Every year the second grade class at our school hosts a Fall Festival.
We had our festival last night, here are the only photos I got, I lost Mary for most of the night.

While in Dallas earlier this week for work Matt took me to a wax museum, one of the things I have always wanted to do.
It was great fun, and there were so many figures.
