No more oatmeal

With summer winding down it is time to switch from my strawberry oatmeal to something else for breakfast.
Here's what I am having.

Soy milk breakfast shake:
In a blender process 2 cups soy milk
one banana
2TBS flax seed

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

This is so yummy I might make another one for lunch.
