First Day of co-op

Last week was probably not the best time to start my high protein low carb diet.
I am hungry and exhausted ALL THE TIME!

In other news, today was the first day of co-op.
Mary liked Keepers at Home, she enjoyed their tea party.
Both girls are taking Spanish and the teacher is sublime.

It is going to be a good home school year and I am so blessed to be back in Texas and to have all these activities and friends for myself and the girls.

Sweet Dreams

I count four, maybe five stuffed animals.
All but one ended up on the floor this morning!

Welcome home

Home for less than five minutes and we found a stray dog.  (She was waiting in the garage for us right as we were going out to unload the car.  How considerate)
Home for our first evening walk and we collected four bulging bags of trash.
I want to go back to JellyStone!

Buc-ee's

Family shot in from of the beaver mascot statue.
 One with Dad.
60 pump gas station, that is impressive.

 Maybe I should work here?
Ruth and her coon skin cap.  We almost took it home.

Hey Hey ride

Ruth and Sidney together again.  These two were never apart for long and had a great time hanging out.  Three cheers for new friends.
Mary and her friend for the weekend Allie.  We know her family from our home school group.
Our last event Saturday night was a hey hey ride.  It was glow in the dark so we all had some type of glow stick on.  Ruth's face says it all, tired but having so much fun.

Our cabin

This cabin was the coolest place to stay.  The whole park is wonderful, clean and quiet with tons of things to do.  We all had a great time and no one wanted to come back home.  The park had activities for us all day Saturday, there was no time to be bored.  We went swimming, painted ceramics, played lazer tag, took a hike, went on a glow in the dark hey hey ride (no hay was involved) and everyone went riding in a pedal car.  We will defiantly go back soon, we had that much fun!

Family Pictures at JellyStone

This last one is my favorite.
