Not sure what his "new" title is, but I am really happy for him.

We went to the movies today

Guess what we went and saw today at the Dollar Theatre?
It was cute, and we had a lot of fun.
Ruth is not feeling well, I hope she gets better before Christmas.
She's upstairs resting, something she NEVER does, so I know she is feeling poorly.
Oh, and Ruth got her wish, it's snowing!!!

Look what Matt found

A childhood favorite my Dad used to get us every Christmas.
Matt found this one for the girls and I, and we "whacked" it this morning.
What a special treat, now it feels like Christmas.

He is turning 31 this year.

Our new gate/fence/thing

Wish I had a before picture.
The old gate never worked right, and was made of old yucky boards.
In a moment I took it all down and replaced it with new boards.
Our neighbor helped, and it took less than an hour to take the old one apart and put the new one together.
Next up, stain the new gate come spring.
